People on a porch with text: 'Winchester Massachusetts 2025 Histoury Historical Tours by Design'.

Thank you to the homeowners and Winchester Historical Society for making our first tour in this Boston suburb such a treat!

A tour of historic homes was the perfect way to help celebrate Winchester’s history and culture in honor of its 175th anniversary of incorporation…We focused on the town’s fabulous first fifty years, exploring architecture from 1850 to 1900.

Special interior stops were, of course, included, giving participants the chance to step inside two charming Italianate homes, a gran Colonial Revival-Queen Anne hybrid, and a handsome Panel Brick residence, rarely found in a suburban setting!

We look forward to touring more of Winchester’s wonderful architecture in years to come.
